AIPS

We are happy to assist with any procedures with your LEA on purchasing VAT FREE instruments through our store. This scheme enables Music Students to purchase their instrument VAT free, saving 20% on the normal price. The education body that they are learning with has to apply to purchase the instrument and they can then claim the VAT back and offer the student the instrument at the lower price.

GUARANTEES

All our musical instruments come with Manufacturers Warranty. This usually lasts for 12 Months but sometimes longer on other items and covers all Manufacturing defects within that time period and repairs or replacements should any defect arise. We aim to repair or replace your item as quickly as possible and will handle all liasons with the Manufacturer on your behalf. If you are having difficulty in setting up and tuning your equipment then feel free to ask us for help, we can usually do this over the telephone quite simply or if you would like to have help personally we are alwasys available in store for assistance. We aim to help you get the most out of your equipment and with the correct advice, help and servicing your instruments can last for years to come. We can offer cleaning and care advice as well as techincal support over the telephone for FREE.

HOW TO ORDER

Plesae include your Purchase Order No., Date, Address for Delivery, Invoice Address, Tel. No and a Contact Name as well as the quantity, product and prices. All our website prices include VAT at 20%, however you will be sent a VAT invoice and you can request a Quotation showing the VAT as well Just give us a call or email emma@drum-stop.co.uk.
Your order must be on Company letterheaded paper and be signed by an authorised buyer for your establishment.

DELIVERY

All orders are deliverd by DPD courier services unless very small and they will be deliverd by Royal Mail. Goods are insured during transit and will be trackable online using DPD;s Tracking service. Orders must be signed for upon receipt so please ensure this is possible.

If goods are in stock then they will be delivered in 2-5 Days of receipt of order and if out of stock you will be contacted in advance and they will then be delivered within 7-10 days of receipt of the order. If the goods for some reason are unavailable or special order then you will be contacted with either suitable alternatives or an estimated delivery date.

PAYMENT TERMS

All state funded Organisations are offered a Credit Account Payable within 15 days of delivery and all independent and private organisations must pay on Proforma Invoice for the First Few orders, we will then review at a later date if a Credit Account will be available.

All Payments must be made by CHEQUE or Bank Transfer. Cheques to be made Payable to DRUM STOP Ltd. and must reach us within 15 days of invoice date. Goods remain the property of DRUM STOP Ltd unless paid for in full. Any invoice discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
