Drum-Stop Move News & More!

As I’m sure most of you have heard, we are moving out of Chesterfield to a much bigger and better store this summer in Sheffield, Just 5 minutes away from the crystal peaks shopping centre. The new store will have lots more stock, a few more different lines and just a generally upgraded showroom for you to come and feel comfortable in, with a shopping precinct and restaurants close by.

We did try to stay as close to our Chesterfield roots as possible and this building is as close as we could find, and as we think is in a perfect location to stay loyal to our existing customers and to hopefully pick up some new customers from the Sheffield area.

We are planning a grand opening weekend for the August bank holiday weekend to celebrate the move and also as Drum-Stops 3rd Birthday!! Please sign up to our mailing list for an exclusive invite.

I am pleased to announce the arrival of a brand new line of drums from the awesome guys over at Truth Custom Drums in the USA, its great to jump onboard with these guys and I am sure you are as excited as I am to have them. A massive thanks to a great customer of ours, Jeff Samson for the letter he wrote into Rhythm magazine featuring his awesome custom Mapex Saturn series set up which is featured in this months issue (Aug 08). Jeff is the sort of customer we look forward to seeing to hear all of his stories of what he has been up to and to hear his new idea(s) of what he wants to add to his kit next. Sadly Jeff is moving on and is leaving us for Canada, We want to take this opportunity to thank Jeff once again for his custom and we wish you all the luck and success for the future, No doubt we will be seeing you soon, So until then, See ya soon Jeff!!!
