Drum-Stop New Stuff in!

Firstly we would like to thanks each and everyone of you who joined us for our grand opening launch party on the August Bank Holiday Saturday, we really appreciate your support and hope to continue doing business with you in the future.

The day started with the team arriving at the shop at just before 8am to make sure everything was in place and prepare all the free nibbles and drinks,  Before we knew it, it was 10 o’ clock and time to open the doors to a queue of eager customers. Everyone through the door left with a few goodies as a token of our appreciation for their custom.
First thing everyone signed up for our free prize draw for a chance to win some awesome prizes such as a Yamaha Oak Custom kit, a cymbal of their choice off of our cymbal wall, a snare drum, snare stand, sticks, practise pads, and a load of free drum lessons with our in house drum and percussion teacher, Matt.
By 10.30am it was starting to get seriously busy with around 50 families signed in for the prize draw, we were forced to open up our store room to try and create space. At 11.30 it was time to draw out the winners from the raffle, everyone gathered in the main show room.
The winners were:
1st prize of the Yamaha Oak Custom kit went to Christian Sutton
2nd prize of a Cymbal off of our wall went to Cliff Hawley  
3rd prize of a Mapex snare drum, snare stand and sticks went to Rich Bailey
4th prize was 10 free drum lessons went to Paul Wincote
and finally 5th prize for store vouchers went to Paul Darby

The reaction from everyone was beyond what we imagined which reassured us we have made the move in totally the right direction.
Throughout the afternoon more and more people came through the doors to see the store and all of our new products,
6pm soon came around and all of our nibbles, beers, wines and fizzy pop were consumed and thankfully there was hardly any mess at all…

Again, a huge thanks to everyone who turned up on the day and making it the success that it was. We look forward to seeing you very soon.

Ludwig Delivery

New in this Week we received some beautiful USA Ludwig shell packs, The first out of its boxes was a really stunning classic maple 24 x 16 bass drum, 13 x 9 tom and 16 x 14 floor tom in the classic champagne sparkle, It sounds as good as it looks, check it out here.
Next out of the boxes was a classic maple 24 x 16 bass drum, 12 x 9 tom, 14 x 14 floor tom and 16 x 16 floor tom in black sparkle, Please check out the pics of this kit to see how beautiful the finish is, One of my favourites for sure.
Last but not least to set up was a classic maple again in the new Indigo sparkle, the colour has to be seen to be believed, its like nothing else we have ever had so please check it out. The sizes are a 22 x 18 bass drum, 12 x 8 tom, 14 x 12 floor tom and a 16 x 14 floor tom.

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a clothing and accessories line from the states called To Die For Clothing, please check this Tattoo and graffiti inspired clothing. Carling Academy and Beat 2008
