Please come along to our FREE instore drum tuning workshop on Saturday, 20th March with tuning and teaching expert Brett Biggs. If you've ever struggled to tune your drums or would like to know how to choose the right drum heads, the relationship between the top and bottom drum heads, snare drum tuning for different styles as well as differences in the sticks you choose - then this is certainly for you.
We aim to start around 11.30 AM, there is plenty of parking and we’ll even throw in a few nibbles and drinks whilst you are here.

Brett first began to play the drums at 14, worked through two music colleges, and became professional (with Ba Hons) at the age of 24. Since then Brett has performed in touring shows across the UK and Europe, including stints in Circus Orchestras, National Theatres, and Drum clinics. Brett now runs and teaches from his own drumschool (QUIKSTIX DRUMSCHOOL), with an existing student base of 30 students, drawing on over 14 years of teaching experience. We offer graded exams (with 100% pass rate) on request. Brett is also endorsed by HARDCASE DRUMCASES (http://www.hardcase.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=3&chapter=10).

Build & Tune Service at Drum Stop
Build & Tune Service available from Drum Stop For Just £35, you can get your Drum Kit Built & Tuned before it Gets Delivered. Take the hassle out of Buying your Drum Kit. If you are unsure of how to build it, don't have enough time, or it's a present then let us do the hard work for you. Many Drum Kits arrive dis-assembled like Russian Dolls in Boxes. This means that you have to spend time building each drum by placing the heads on and tightening all the lugs up. This has to be done on all of the drums and each drum has two heads. You also then have to spend time tuning the kit before you can play it. By choosing our Build and Tune Service we Build all the Drums up and put on the Drum Heads for you as well as giving it a basic tune up, so you are ready to play when it arrives. All you have to do is then unpack and place the drums together wherever you want to play them and just extend the legs and tighten up the pieces of hardware. Obviously the stands themselves just need opening up and placing where you need them as we can't send built stands by courier as they would just get damaged. Some Kits can't benefit from the Build and Tune, so give us a call or look out for the option in the Products themselves when chosing to Buy the Kit.

Welcome to our brand new website!! We have been working very hard over the last few months to bring you this new and improved website and we hope that you like it. We have kept the easy navigation from the old site as lots of you said that had to stay!! We have added a very comprehensive search facility as this was one area on the old site you said needed improvment. The search on the new site can be used from the home page to find specific items or used when deeper in the site, to search by type or brand etc. Please as always let us know your thoughts we are always grateful for your input. We have added hundreds more products to this new site so you should be able to find every thing you need, Please let us know what other products you would like to see, We have also reduced hundreds of prices as we were going, so there are even more bargains. This site is Not linked to a stock record but we have added delivery times on most Items. This comes up when you put a product in the basket and lets you know the ETA. This is because we believe that we can offer the best prices on all the products we get, so we show you these products so you can decide.
