MELLOW REBELLION

ABOUT THE BAND
Mellow Rebellion formed in December 06 by two friends James Charlesworth and Nick Gibbons known better to others as Charlie and Gibbo of the extremely successful Lucky Bullet. Following the split from Lucky Bullet, the idea of starting a new venture would fear too hard of a task to compete against the Lucky bullet sound. However, Charlie and Gibbo incidentally fell into writing songs just for fun but to their surprise the response of the public was immense, enough to encourage starting a band. During this period, Charlie was studying a Music course were he came good friends with fellow colleague and drummer Ben Cooper. Ben was asked to play the drums bearing in mind they still needed another member. It wasn’t till a month later when Ben mentioned that he a had an old school mate who was looking for a band. After a little research, the boys agreed that Luke Whittemore was the right man for job with his ability to undertake a lot of vital roles within the band. With the collection of around 20 songs between Charlie and Gibbo and the additional solo ideas by Luke, the band hit the rehearsals immediately with hope of being ready early 07. 3 months into the new year the band come to a halt with the replacements of a new drummer and Bass player. Due to transport issues and work commitments, Ben and Gibbo sadly departed from line up but still remain good friends and are remembered for their antics. During this time where time itself seemed endless, Charlie had been recommended on numerous occasions to check a young drummer going by the name of Ben Haynes. Ben was invited to a rehearsal where he shown great aspiration and his abilities where exactly as his counterparts had alleged. Still in the search for a Bass player, Charlie spotted a likely candidate from his college who was by trade a singer/songwriter/guitarist however; Charlie presented the position to Dan Bodsworth who was more than happy to take up the offer.

COUNT TO TEN

ABOUT THE BAND
Count To Ten are fantastic. Mixing pop, punk, rock and enough electronic effects to keep Cher happy for eons. The fledging trio bound through their first release like they're loving every minute. The occasional off-key vocal and embarrassing lyrical twitch might make you cringe but any band that can make a New Found Glory song their own and even cover Kate Nash without sounding contrived or plain crap is going places. Pretty good for three kids from Mansfield. Bigger things most definitely await!

US VS THEM

ABOUT THE BAND
A cold drunken night on 4th May 2007 saw members from three pop-punk bands join forces. Three members from "Of All Things" (Chris, Ben and Slaney), Roo from "Red Lemons" and Matt (ex-Felony 7).
Right from the start we all knew what we wanted the band to sound like! A mix of the synth/keyboard powerpop of Houston Calls/Relient K with emo/pop-punk from bands like All Time Low and New Found Glory. Soon after song writing and practises would see the 1st UvT set come together within a couple of months.
