Welcome to The Band Directory, built for UK based Bands and Musicians. The Band Directory was created and is maintained by Drum-Stop Ltd, a Chesterfield drum store in order to help support local bands.

The directory of bands included in The Band Directory can be viewed by genre, location or alphabetically.

Adding your band is free and easy. All you need to do is click here or use the "ADD A BAND" link above and fill out the appropriate form. There are 2 types of listings in the directory - Standard and Enhanced.

The Standard listing shows the bands name, logo, description of the band (restricted to 100 words maximum), a contact email address and Myspace address. This listing is entirely free. Simply fill in the details on the form and send. The information you provide will then be reviewed within 48 hours and if everything is ok, your listing will be added. When your listing is added to the website, an email will be sent to your 'contact email address' to inform you the listing is live. We then highly recommend you check your listing and make sure all the information is correct.

The Enhanced listing adds on top of the Standard listing. If you opt to have an enchaned listing, the information you can submit includes the bands name, logo, an image of the band, description of the band (unrestricted word count), band members + information (who plays what instrument, etc), a full list of contact details (phone, email, etc), web links (website address, myspace address, etc) and your listing we be placed above the standard listings and any page that you feature including the alphabetical search where enhanced listings are listed alphabetically above the standard listings.
